Let us take the stress out of your day with a relaxing massage.  Even just 30-minutes can make you feel relaxed and re-energised. If you need to unwind and de-stress book in for a quick neck, back and shoulder rub or if you want a full pamper, we also offer a full body massage and an additional head rub to clear your mind and feel fully rejuvenated. All our therapists are highly experienced having worked in high end spas and their training has allowed them to have a great understanding of the anatomy. We offer traditional Swedish massage but please feel free to speak with your therapist if you have any specific troubling areas you would like them to work on to help relieve any knots.
